Tuition Billing through FACTS
The tuition is a yearly sum payable on an annual, semi-annual, or monthly basis. It is not a tax deductible, charitable donation. Tuition is billed through FACTS Management System. You are required to sign up for automatic bill payments through FACTS.

Non-refundable Registration Fee: $400.00 for one child, $650.00 for two children, $750.00 for three children, $925 for four children and an additional $225.00 per child for families with more than four children. Families enrolling new students must pay the registration in full upon acceptance.
Graduation Fee: $300.00 for all eighth-grade students to be submitted by August 31, 2026
Parent Participation Hours: Each family is required to volunteer service hours. These volunteer hours directly reduce the school’s operating costs by eliminating the need for additional paid staff. Family volunteer hours must be scheduled in advance. 25 hours per Family. In-lieu of service you may pay a $750.00 fee which is 25 x $30 = $750.00. In-Lieu of serving participation hours this fee can be billed to your FACTS account.
Fundraising: Each family is also required to participate in the annual fundraising activities. These fundraising activities directly reduce the tuition rate by supplementing the school’s operating budget (ie: Candy Sales, Raffle Tickets, Dinners,Walkathon). Each family is required to fundraise a minimum of $500 to the fundraising account. In-Lieu of participation in events this fee can be billed to your FACTS account.
“Tell A Friend”: Current St. Peter Martyr School families may earn a tuition credit of $300.00 for each new family they bring to our school. The new family must list you as the source of the referral on their application to St. Peter Martyr School. The credit will be issued upon the acceptance and payment of the new family’s registration fee and three months of on time tuition payments. If more than one family is listed as a referral the $300.00 tuition credit will be shared equally among the names listed. If the referring family is on tuition assistance from St. Peter Martyr School, the credit will be applied to the parent participation hours.
Financial Aid/Tuition Assistance:
St. Peter Martyr School offers need-based financial support. All financial aid awards are based upon a family’s demonstrated need. Families can only be awarded a FACE or BASIC grant but not both.
FACE (Family-Aid Catholic Education) Tuition Application is now available online for the 2026-2027 school year. FACTS is the third-party vendor used to process and analyze all FACE applications. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one. Please choose St. Peter Martyr School; you will also see “FACE” as “Other organizations.” Please ensure to check the box to select FACE. Checking the box ensures FACE will see your application. The application's due date is March 31, 2026.
The BASIC Fund also offers financial assistance. The Basic Fund Application is online and open to families with at least one child attending private school for the first time. The earlier you apply, the better your chances are of receiving a scholarship. Families applying for new siblings for the first time must apply by March 28, 2026.
All families requesting additional financial assistance from St. Peter Martyr School must complete a Tuition Assistance Form through FACTS. If you do not apply through FACTS by the deadline, you are not eligible to receive assistance from St. Peter Martyr School.
