- Attention: Safeway Shoppers If you have a Safeway Club Card be sure you have it registered to support St. Peter Martyr School. If you participated in last year’s program, you need to renew your registration. Your valuable contributions will stop unless you renew. ¯ Our school participates in the General Mills Box Tops For Education program. Collect and send General Mills Box Tops For Education logos to our school. Box Tops logos are located on the top flap of all General Mills cereal, snack boxes, and various products including Ziploc Bags and Kleenex. Please do not cut off the expiration date on the Box Top logo. This program gives our school the opportunity to earn cash.
- If you shop Raley's, please be sure to pick up a Raley's Quality of Life Card from our school office. Be sure to register the card online at www.raleys.com and to designate St. Peter Martyr School to receive cash donations. Present the card at the checkstand each time you shop. If you cannot stop by the office and want one or more cards sent home with your child, please call the office or send us a note. We will be happy to register your cards for you in the school office. If you have any questions regarding this program, please feel free to call us.
- Our school receives donations on behalf of families, teachers, and friends participating in the Target Take Charge of Education School Fundraising Program. Target donates 1% of Target Visa purchases made at Target and .5% of Target Visa purchases made elsewhere. You can help by getting a Target Visa and designating St. Peter Martyr School on the form as your choice to receive donations. Target Visa applications are available at all Target stores.
- Washington Mutual has a program to support schools, called WaMoola for Schools. Be sure to choose St. Peter Martyr School as your school to support, and then every time you make a purchase with your enrolled Washington Mutual Visa Check Card, you help our school earn cash.
- Macy’s will also fund our school when you shop with your Macy’s Card. This is how it works: Register your Macy’s Card by phone, at 1-800-254-5404 or at www.escrip.com. After it is registered Macy’s will donate 2-6% of your net Macy’s purchases. Be sure to designate St. Peter Martyr School as your educational group of choice.
Donations and Charitable Gifts
St. Peter Martyr School is a non-profit organization and gladly accepts monetary donations that are tax deductible. Gifts in kind are accepted if we have a need for the item offered. Several families assist us through matching fund programs from their employers. Our school has memorial cards to remember family or friends. We also have scholarship programs established to assist our school families for which donations can be made in someone's name or memory. A memorial gift to St. Peter Martyr School is a direct participation in the Catholic education of children. An acknowledgement of your gift will be sent to the family or friends of the memorialized person as you direct. This acknowledgement will give your name as the donor. The amount given will not be specified unless requested. If you wish any further information regarding donations and charitable gifts please contact the school office staff.
